Information for Stallholders

Application Process: We're excited to have you apply for our Christmas market! To join us, please fill in our application form. Applications close on Monday, 7 October, at 5 pm AWST.

Legal Requirements: To ensure everyone's safety, all stallholders need public liability insurance of $10 million. If you don't have insurance, you can purchase a one-day stallholder insurance. If your application is accepted, we'll need a copy of your certificate of currency before the market. If we don't receive it, unfortunately, you won't be able to attend.

Stall Fees ( all our stall prices are inclusive of GST)

  • S1- S4 - 1.5m x 1.5m - $130

  • S5 - S8 1.5m x 1.0m - $165

  • S9 - S11- $110 (Max. table size 0.5mx0.5m please refer to page 2)

Special Stall Information: Stalls 9-11 are wall display only and are perfect for stallholders with a side table. These spots are great for illustrations, paintings, macramé, and similar items, as you can use the shelves to hang your products.

Do you provide any equipment or structures?

We ask that you bring your chairs, tables, and any other equipment you might need.

Do we need a gazebo?

Yes, outdoor stallholders will need to bring their gazebo.

Can I share the space?

If you’d like to share your space, both stallholders need to apply and submit an application. Please note, sharing of space is only suitable for outdoor stalls.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

We're sorry, but once spots are confirmed with payment, we’re unable to offer refunds.

Does the market have WiFi?

Unfortunately, we don’t have WiFi access at the market.

Will I be able to access power?

Power access is reserved for our food retailers.
